WW1 War Horse Remembrance Day

Gaining a great amount of attention lately are the horses who helped the troops win in WW1. With over 8 million horses and mules losing their lives means that there was significant loss and sacrifices made.

This lands on 11th November each year following a tradition inaugurated by King George V in 1919. The day is also used for war remembrances in many non commonwealth countries.

Remembrance Day marks the end of hostilities of World War 1 on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. This 6 metre long bunting showcases a soldier with his war horse. Perfect for decorating for WW1 war horse Remembrance Day services.

Shipping & Delivery

Most UK mainland orders are shipped by next working day delivery courier (not guaranteed), or by Royal Mail 1st class post.

Orders placed before 1230pm on a working day will be processed and despatched the same day. Please note that during busier periods, this cannot be guaranteed. Royal Mail postage does not guarantee a delivery date. Orders needed for a specific date should use next day delivery courier (not guaranteed).

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all shipping details are correct. The next working day delivery is a Monday to Friday delivery service.

Saturday delivery may be available for a small surcharge. Orders placed after 1230pm on a Friday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday on bank holidays (we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays).

All next day deliveries sent by courier will require a signature.
