If your order arrives with any shortages,  please contact us immediately. The customer must notify our office of all discrepancies or shortages within 72 hours of accepting the package from the carrier. Any replacement of goods will not be accepted after that time.

Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items or missing boxes to us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the courier driver and then report it directly to us. We cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 3 business days of the receipt of your order.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

Tell us you want to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please let us know by doing the following:

  • Email us at [email protected]. Please provide the reason for cancellation, your name, business address, details of the order and where available, your phone number and email address.

Please note: We regret that Worldwide Flags Ltd cannot cover the cost of shipping for product returns, nor reimburse original shipping paid for product returns.

SHORTAGES AND RETURNS

We do not offer a sale or return service. In the event that items we have supplied are considered faulty, then please contact us to discuss.

Please notify us of any shortages within 3 days of receipt of goods.

RETURNS

Customers returning goods are responsible for return shipping costs.

Goods must be returned to us within 7 days and must be in new condition with their original packing and accessories intact.

We will refund the goods value of your order within 5-7 working days of receipt of your return. You are required to take good care of the goods and are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please ensure that returned goods are well packed. We will require you to contact us by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return.

Returns must be pre-authorised by a representative of Worldwide Flags Ltd.

Only once the order has been recieved by us, will we be able to either offer a credit note, or a refund back to the original form of payment method.
